* Your preferred Heat 1 start position, (for example: 1st, last, mid pack, 2nd to last, …). Actual Heat 1 start position will be determined by the preference you list below, prioritized by the order in which we receive your entry form (e-mail okay) (fees must arrive within a week, otherwise fee receipt time determines entry priority) If no preferred start position is listed, we will assume you want to go first. In the second heat of the sled races, start order will be based on heat 1 finish order. For the sled races, heat 2 order will be fastest 1st to slowest last. For the Skijor races, heat 2 order will be slowest first to fastest last.
NOTE: There will be a mandatory 8:00 AM meeting Saturday and Sunday morning to finalize the start times and rules for each race.

Entry fees refundable up to the day before the event. Entry fees will be refunded if injury, rain, or lack of snow cause an entrant not to start a race.

______ I agree to maintain safe practices for the protection of myself, my handlers, my dogs, other participants, observers, sponsors, and hosts. On behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns and personal representatives,
______ I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge any and all liability for personal injury, death or property damage to the following entities: Siskiyou Snow Dog Sporting Association, it’s members and volunteers; any individuals or spectators; municipalities, public entities or organizations involved in and/or sponsoring this race or event, and all their employees, members and agents.

Mandatory pre-race meeting Saturday and Sunday, 8AM at the start line at Deer Mountain Snowmobile Park
Awards Ceremony will be immediately following the races on Sunday at the Deer Mountain Warming Hut
Siskiyou Sled Dog Races are a project of the SSDSA, a 501c6 non-profit organization. Siskiyou Sled Dog Races are held under a Special Use Permit from the U.S. Forest Service on a non-discriminatory basis.
